Kooth - "Whatever You're Feeling, We're Here To Help"

This week our special assembly guest speaker was Eloise Pilcher of 'Kooth'.
Kooth is a free, anonymous, and safe online mental health service, commissioned across the UK, offering young people aged 10–25 a space to explore their thoughts, build resilience, and access support on their terms, at any time.
For all students, especially those in Year 6, 11 & 13, this means:
-
A judgement-free zone to talk about worries, friendships or future choices
-
Tools to set goals and build confidence
-
Free access to professional counsellors, forums and self-help resources
Kooth runs free live sessions for students, covering how they can support transitions and equip students with practical strategies to support their wellbeing during these phases.
