A Level, EPQ & Vocational Exam results for students in Year 13 will be available for students to collect from school on Thursday 15 August, from 8 AM.

Year 11 Results Day

Students come to the exam hall via the external doors. Parents are welcome to wait outside on the field while students collect results.

There will be plenty of staff available to help answer any questions, celebrate successes and to support students in confirming their next steps.

  • Mrs Osborne, our careers adviser will be available near student services to answer any questions about college courses and apprenticeships;
  • Students who have an offer of a place at Thomas Gainsborough Sixth Form should bring their results slip to student services where they can confirm their enrolment on specific courses;
  • For students still considering Thomas Gainsborough Sixth Form, members of the Sixth Form leadership team will also be available to discuss the courses available.

If students are not able to collect results in person, then they should email our Exams Officer, Mrs Crawford lcrawford@tgschool.net to give permission for someone else to collect their results, or to request that an email of their results is sent after midday to their school or an alternative email address. Students not attending in person, wishing to join Sixth Form should also email sixthform@tgschool.net to confirm their place.

Students sign to confirm that they have received their results and, in case they wish to enquire about results, that they are happy for the school to receive a copy of their exam paper.

More information about enquiring about results is available on our website, at www.tgschool.net/exam-results

Exam certificates are sent to schools in the autumn, and can be collected by students from the school. When exam certificates are ready to collect we will announce this via social media and on the school website.
