As part of the offer to the young people of Suffolk, the County Music Service offers the free loan of a musical instrument to instrumentalists having lessons (for the first time) with one of our teachers.
In order to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity, please register your details on this form and we will arrange the loan and deliver the instrument to your child’s school.
We will only release the instrument after we have received this completed online registration form.
