Following sustained growth and consistently strong outcomes, we are seeking a well-developed Teacher of Geography, to help provide excellent teaching across Key Stages 3–5 as part of a talented and collaborative team.

The role

You will:

· Deliver excellent, engaging and well-constructed lessons, which are research informed.

· Drive ambition of our students, through your teaching and role of form tutor, and develop character and intellectual curiosity, while securing the currency students need for future success.

· Be part of coaching & training programmes and develop all colleagues so that great teaching is the norm and outcomes are consistently excellent.

· Champion our values - Respect, Resilience, Honesty, Happiness, Confidence and Positivity - in the classroom and across the team.

About you

· A well-qualified social sciences teacher.

· An appetite to continue to grow and develop as a teacher.

· A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with students, staff and families, and aligns naturally with our mission of “Excellence: for each, for all.”
