Year 13 Assembly - Reflecting on 'Toughness'
When the going gets tough, we have a choice... do we get going, or do we go out the door?
In Tuesday's assembly, Year 13 were challenged to reflect on the 'toughness' of their KS5 journey. But also, to recognise that we often find things tough because they are tough!
We can do hard things, but the most important part of that is do decide for ourselves to get on and do it, and, where we can, to enjoy the struggle.
Year 13 is tough, but it's a good job our students are tough too! And the grit to get through will be so worth the effort next summer.
