Dear families,
Here is a reminder in preparation for tomorrow of how your child can most safely enjoy tomorrows belonging picnic.
Students should wear their PE Kit to school. This can include a long sleeve layer of any colour under their PE t-shirt (but no additional hoodies or tops over their PE shirts, except the school PE fleeces). Shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms can be worn but must be black.
As always students should bring suncream and hats. Some additional sun cream will be available in school.
We will be outside for a limited time after lunch, and will be using all the available shade with some indoor spaces available should students need them.
They will be able to use the ground floor toilets when needed, and replace their water from the outside fountains.
Staff will also be vigilant to any student who may feel the affects of the heat.
The activity is a celebration of belonging, relaxed and students will be able to enjoy simple games and time with friends. There will also be 3 ice creams vans available.
