Alumnus Visit: Rafael Franke Inspires Sixth Form Students
We were delighted to welcome back Rafael Franke, a proud alumnus of Thomas Gainsborough Sixth Form, who is currently studying at Newcastle University.
Rafael spoke openly and honestly with our Year 12 and 13 students, sharing his own journey since leaving TGS. He reflected on the challenges he has faced, the lessons he has learned, and what he might have done differently along the way. His words of wisdom offered both encouragement and practical advice to our current students as they prepare for their own next steps.
Rafael also extended his support to anyone interested in learning more about university life and the transition from Sixth Form, highlighting the strength of our alumni community in guiding the next generation.
