As part of our ongoing commitment to support student's safety online, the focus of this month is to raise awareness around mobile phone safety, and the algorithms social media platforms implement to specifically target users with the intent to promote content.
Whilst this can be convenient, it can also shape a young person's online experience in ways they may not fully understand.
Our aim is to help students develop healthy, informed, and resilient habits online.
