Attached to this correspondence is a letter from the Schools Immunisation team. Please follow the instructions via the link to complete the consent to accept or decline this immunisation. The consent form needs to be completed by 2pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. Dates for this immunisation to occur here at TGS have been currently given as May 22nd and 23rd 2024.
