Dear Families,
Congratulations to all our sports teams for their continued commitment and enthusiasm, and especially well done to our under-16 footballers who this week progressed to the next round of their cup competition.
Over the last week students have also enjoyed trips to the Move-It dance show in London, to Barcelona as a Sixth Form, a public speaking competition (with success!), a business competition trip, and the Science Live show. This weekend a group of 13 Sixth Formers are also taking part in a conference to support their consideration of Oxford and Cambridge university.
Thank you to all our staff and students who make school life so vibrant and rewarding.
Lockdown Drill
This morning we had a lockdown drill, something we hope we will never have to do for real, in the event of intruders being on site. The students responded quietly and calmly to the drill and we were completed within 15 minutes.
