Following the successful conference at Felsted, the Sixth Form MUN (Model United Nations) team travelled to King's Ely for a mini MUN. Representing the countries of Japan, Afghanistan and the United Kingdom, the students wrote a resolution calling for Taiwan to be recognised as an independent state, which they debated this with the King's Ely students. Following on from his success at Felsted, Oliver Heritage was awarded a medal for his contributions, as were Eleanor Darley and Ellen Dreau. Amy Esterhuyse and Madalene Howard did an excellent job of chairing the conference and being assertive in their use of the gavel.
