Dear families
As you will be aware, there are Flu vaccinations scheduled to take place at TGS on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December.
To take up this immunisation offer, you must give consent and complete the consent form in advance of this scheduled date. Please find attached (in the Resources Section) a leaflet from the Suffolk immunisation team with all information, FAQs and a link to give your formal consent for your child(ren).
