Dear families,
Another busy and successful week at TGS culminating in an engaging Key Stage 3 Enrichment Day. We are so fortunate to have so many wonderful guests who give up their valuable time to lead sessions for our students. We also had students attend the Suffolk Youth Parliament; the event was a success, six Year 11 & Year 12s debating the cost of living crisis and sustainable living; a visit to Cambridge university, to St Catharine’s college, which inspired and enthused some of Year 12s.

These free sessions are primarily for children entitled to Means Tested Free School Meals. Activities include - free swimming, Adventure Days, Family Park Cooking & Teen Challenge Days.

A fantastic opportunity for our year 11 mathematicians and scientists to take part in revision classes on line lead by the Trust leads for those subjects.

Water Aid Non-Uniform Day - Friday 22 March
Wear something blue and pay £1 to support Water Aid. Clothes should still be suitable for school or Sixth Form, which means no ripped clothes, inappropriate slogans or logos and clothes that are a reasonable length and cover the shoulders. Jewellery should not be worn.
